Incorrect Addresses and Policy

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure itโs recognized as a valid address by the courier. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
If the package is being delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, which leads to the inability to deliver, the courier will hold the package at their office for up to 5 days, and they will send you a notification for pick up. If you fail to pick up the package and it is returned to our warehouse, we will refund you the total value of the order, minus the return shipping fee.
Please ensure that you provide an accurate and up-to-date shipping address at checkout to avoid any delays or issues with delivery. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
